To rent a vehicle anywhere in Australia, you must be at least 21 years of age and have held a full driving license for a minimum of one year. Please note that drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 are restricted to hiring Economy, Mini, Compact, Standard, and Intermediate vehicles.
Is loss and damage cover included?
Standard loss and damage cover is included, and liability applies depending on vehicle type, driver and circumstances. Details are explained in rental information and terms and conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please give us plenty of notice. A cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental (at the standard daily rate) applies if you are a no-show, or if you cancel within two hours of your scheduled collection time.
